Contracted by Swindon Borough Council, Rockhaven Electrical are undertaking a full rewire of the fire alarms, communal lighting and power at Cockram Court and William Robins Court; sheltered housing schemes for elderly and disabled in the town centre area of Swindon, Wiltshire.

The contract, which started in April 2021 will be completed in March 2022, following an extension to allow for additional works and fire stopping works. Works are being delivered by 3 electricians from Rockhaven Electrical and 2 fire engineers from our sub-contract partner, APM Fire and Security Limited of Gloucester, who are tasked with installing new fire alarm systems throughout both schemes.

 

The works are being delivered in a live environment and during the COVID pandemic. Accordingly, we are having to adhere to our COVID policy and procedures to keep the site clean and safe.
